We do all of that.

The Unitarian Universalist Justice Ministry is a prophetic lay ministry for Unitarian Universalists interested in a year of advocacy and direct service with the immigrant communities of northeast Queens. In addition to immigration reform and justice work, the volunteers will engage in spiritual reflection and development.

Six Unitarian Universalists will live next door to the UU Congregation of Queens, help run our drop-in center, and create social justice programming for the community. Here is your chance to live in NYC,work for justice, develop your faith and live with other Unitarian Universalists.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

The deadline to apply is July 2010.

Fellowships begin September 2010.
